DMCA Notice
Last updated: May 15, 2026
This page describes our policy regarding copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and how to submit a valid takedown notice.
1. Our Position on Copyright
Tivimate Premium respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our service to do the same. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and responding promptly to valid takedown notices.
2. We Are a Player, Not a Host
Tivimate Premium is an IPTV player application. We do not host, store, cache, or distribute any video content or streams. All content accessed through our application is streamed directly from third-party IPTV providers that users configure independently. We have no control over the content available through those external services.
3. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content accessible through a third-party IPTV service connected via our application infringes your copyright, your notice should be directed to the hosting provider of that IPTV service, not to us. However, if you have reason to believe that our own website or marketing materials contain infringing content, you may submit a notice to us.
4. Required Information for a Valid Notice
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL or location on our website where the infringing material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
5. Where to Send Your Notice
Send DMCA notices to our designated agent by email at: dmca@tivimateapp.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and investigate valid claims promptly.
6. Counter-Notification
If you believe that material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and your signature.
7. Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion.
8. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting a false DMCA notice is a violation of U.S. law. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice or counter-notice can result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
