By accessing or using Tivimate Premium, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this service. By using Tivimate Premium, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual).
• All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Permitted Use

• Use the app on personal devices for personal, non-commercial streaming.
• Connect your own legally obtained IPTV subscription via M3U or Xtream Codes.
• Access the app across the number of simultaneous screens permitted by your plan.

5. Prohibited Use

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing access to Tivimate Premium.
• Using the service to stream or distribute copyrighted content without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the application.
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users.
• Using the service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content associated with Tivimate Premium are the exclusive property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party IPTV Services

Tivimate Premium is a player application only. We do not provide, host, or endorse any IPTV content or streams. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any IPTV service you connect is legally licensed in your jurisdiction.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modify features at any time. We are not liable for any loss resulting from temporary service unavailability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tivimate Premium and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
