1. Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with Tivimate Premium. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund process as described below.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial purchase date, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to your first subscription period only and is not available for renewals.
3. Eligibility for Refund
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- The refund applies to the first subscription purchase only.
- Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Use are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are not available for accounts that have been used to engage in chargebacks or payment disputes.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewal charges after the initial subscription period.
- Partial subscription periods — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused time.
- Subscriptions purchased through third-party resellers (please contact the reseller directly).
- Cases where the account has been terminated due to Terms of Use violations.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@tivimateapp.com with the subject line 'Refund Request'. Include your registered email address and your order or transaction ID. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days of approval.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider: credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days, and PayPal refunds may appear within 3–5 business days.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the 7-day guarantee window, you may still request a refund by contacting us.
8. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and promptly.
